First Baptist Church Midway

If you are returning to church, coming to church for the very first time, or you're an active church member who just moved to town and need to find a new church home, we want to welcome you! Whatever your story may be, you probably have a lot of questions before you visit First Baptist Church of Midway. Here is our attempt to guess what's on your mind...

What is a typical service like?

Our style of worship is in whatever format the Spirit leads. We sing contemporary songs and classic hymns. You'll likely hear shouts of Hallelujah or Amen as we worship in Spirit and Truth. This time of praise and worship prepares our hearts and minds to receive from God's Word. Our Senior Pastor, Ron Corgan, brings a lifetime of knowledge and experience to each message. He has the ability to speak life into the newest believer through his accurate depictions of the Gospel while simultaneously challenging those of us who have gone beyond the Spiritual milk to live lives more reflective of Christ. Regardless of where you stand in your faith walk, you will find food for your soul here.

What do I wear?

You'll see people in everything from shorts to suits on Sundays. We are not concerned with what you look like. Come as you are.

Where do I park?

The entrance to our parking area is on the east side of the Worship Center, with plenty of additional parking located in the back (south) of our Worship Center.

Is there anything for my children?

Of course! Sunday School starts at 9:30am and at 10:30am the children enjoy worship designed just for them located in the Children's Building. We do ask that you check-in your children 15 minutes prior to 10:30am. We want you to know that your children are safe and secure with us.
